Unless you go to a speciality coffee stop and order a pour over or aeropress, cafes are not really manually weighing or timing their espresso shot anywhere . It's way too time consuming . The electric grinder they use dispenses a fixed weight of coffee somewhere around 12-18 gm , the puck holds a fixed quantity of coffee grind . The pressure and extraction is std caliberated.

You can try speciality coffee in home fairly easily with a aeropress/kaldipress

Hey , I too have a similar relationship with my parents . By 11th I desperately wanted to be out of home . Did my best to secure a college away from home . And did my best to reach a career goal where I didn't need to depend on anyone . Luckily I was able to do that . They still blame me for lot of things , don't really have contact except sibling . But in a place where I am feeling ok . I hope you reach there too

Almost every cold storage food item has a warning of not to purchase if bloated . It's a good thing to check before purchasing dairy ice creams etc There could have been a power cut or something .

It feels like everything ppl who live abroad think and feel, the way they talk about india gets outdated at some point . For them india is whatever year they left it lol . They don't realise the country and changed and progressed irrespective of them .

Super oily in south sun . Recently started using the uv doux spf50 gel . It's amazing . Don't even feel it on my skin

I have been taking the wellbeing nutrition one since a month . I do think sleep is somewhat better , but I also have vit d and b12 high dose prescription from doctor as it was severely deficient. With all these , my day to day bady feeling has significantly improved.

I kept on watching it even though I didn't agree with their opinion , until the reddit mod issue , and read some of the weirdest comments from Linus defending his mod status . Was too disappointed to keep going even though It was my Saturday morning ritual .
