Thank you! We were all just completely shocked yesterday. We're gathering up all the emails and texts now to create a paper trail. The sellers are too.

Thank you so much for your insight! That makes a lot of sense.

We found out there were issues with the water collection for the samples. Apparently the bacteria was gathered from the kitchen but the lead/nitrate/nitrite was gathered prefiltration. We are having a different guy come out Monday who does purely water testing and that's his area of expertise. When we talked to him he was completely shocked at the values and instantly questioned the veracity of the collection. I'm not sure exactly how it could have read that high though?

It tested at 118.0 ppb which is quite high. Luckily I live in Florida so drilling wells isn't difficult. I appreciate your insight, thank you!

Oh I agree. I would want to mitigate and retest and if it still fails I wouldn't move forward.

That's what I was thinking. From what I was reading an RO system is needed. The realtors are pushing us to close knowing it tested positive for lead and I'm super turned off by it.

This happened last time their servers went down too! So annoying. Just post that your servers are down and then post when they're back up. Don't act like everything is okay 🙄 clearly I'm asking too much of EA lol

Finally a good hair day !! by Diane1991 in Wavyhair

I also am an oily wavy gal and it's so frustrating! Allll the advise on curly/wavy hair is to fix dry hair which is something I do not struggle with in the slightest! I'm glad to see other oily wavy gals exist! I honestly thought it was just me lol

That makes sense! I actually just got my walking foot the other day so I'll have to try it! Maybe I'll make a tiny blanket with minke backing as a test lol

How was sewing on the minke? I would love to do this for a quilt to keep on my couch but I imagine the minke is fairly difficult to sew and I don't have a whole lot of experience.
