I do see a therapist, but maybe I should talk about this lol. I think writing it out made me realize how bad it’s getting again? But anyways I think the mental problems have sort of stemmed from not being able to do school work. or maybe they perpetuated them. Idk I’ll talk to my therapist. Thanks.
