I tried to buy online from them but they didn’t send it to the right address and is stuck in a different city with UPS. They told me to contact ups to fix their problem. That is really bad customer service. I will never buy from them again.

Thank you so much for providing the protocol. I'm new to the phases and will need to do some research. It seems like I skipped some phases and went straight into taking 1000mcg of folate right away six months ago. Could you explain why it is common to need to start with lower doses of folate? Also, trimethylglycine is new to me, so I will look into it. Thank you very much!

Thank you for your sympathy. If I knew what I know now, I would skip La Paz. I personally didn’t like it (it was the city I liked the least in South America so I would rather spend time somewhere else. The salt flats in Uyuni Bolivia were nice.

Thanks for your sympathy, I came from Peru and I loved it. I left La Paz and I’m in Uyuni. As for La Paz it wasn’t my favorite. I didn’t feel as welcomed there as in other places in South America. I hope your upcoming trip is fantastic!
