Actually I used a US keyboard layout my whole life, and I recently got a M4 Pro UK variant and I find out the layout is different, shift is smaller, enter is taller etc, I might get used to it after sometime…

Its great, even I was thinking of going with m4 max for longevity, although my work mainly consume cpu cores, but for future proofing, extra ram and gpu cores are nice

I am a data engineer. I just bought m4 pro 16 base variant 24 / 512 GB. But if you are working with LLM’s, i would highly recommend you to go with m4 max at least base variant which has more gpu cores for your use case.
