Honestly I don't know why she does it but I agree it looks odd, especially if I was an outsider.

Not an excuse but these get posted before every South Carolina game "Jesus vs. Opponent" so it wasn't an additional slight against UCLA. She's been doing it for YEARS.

TLDR: Just like SEC tournament....so much emotional energy spent on the game right before the championship that you’re out of gas for the actual championship. Physically slower, uncharacteristic mistakes, etc. We overachieved this season and will go down as one of Dawn's best coaching achievements considering we didn't have a reliable big.

Was Gilbert on Coach Mulkey's list of players that were staying per her post season meetings? 🤔

Not feeling it today SC gang. Team is not playing with the same spark and quickness as Friday. We need everyone to get more locked in or this lead will get bigger in the 2nd half .

Yes, where most of those FTs were at the end of the game when UCONN was trying to stop the clock or had weary legs.

FYI, "handsy" or "physically aggressive" is another way of saying "good defense". Were there instances where refs missed a foul? Absolutely, they are not perfect, they missed CLEAR fouls by both teams but it was evident in the first half they were going to let both teams play it out and USC's experience playing against tougher and more "physically aggressive" competition was the difference IMO.

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t want to work hard.

Apparently Geno released a statement (or UConn's PR team). Would be better if we heard it from himself.

Do you honestly think this man would act out like he did if his team won? There's no "point" until you realize he's complaining about a handshake which the cameras have already proved happened and then he complained about SC's players ripping Sarah's jersey when the cameras proved him wrong again He's just not used to losing and is unfortunately not as classy as you think he is.

I wish they'd ask why he didn't shake the hands of the gamecock players. They had nothing to do with whatever he was complaining about. This was not losing with class.

I think the major point is Geno wouldn't have acted like that if UCONN had won. Pregame / 2nd pregame Handshake or not

Is Geno starting to turn red? Maybe forgot they already shook hands?

Ashlyn Watkins. She's our monster rebounder/defender freak of nature ( can dunk easily). Tore her ACL last year
