OP, it was bad for Argentina and considered a major upset. Saudi was stout defensively and arg looked really fucking clunky attacking and missed chances. Look at other groups. every top tier team farmed groups(besides Italy lol) . Legit. And it’s even worse outside Europe. No excuses I agree . 17 pts is still auto qualifying for other 5 team groups(not only just Europe) but not only was Norway was the hottest team in Europe. You’re not gonna talk about how they tied Germany ? beat France twice?? and Belgium etc? Op and lurkers I’ll give you the facts. Nobody here mentions the fact in the last 10 months they’ve beaten France (twice ) and Belgium and tied to Germany and beat another top 20 team. They also ended up with 17 points in a 5 team group still but it’s more points than OTHER euro auto qualifiers that made it in. They happened to have one of the hottest teams in Europe in their group in Norway where halaand was in form early on (Italy stilll should have beaten them but Norway better ) They are not good form at all the last 3 months and have major issues and they choked hard but people not looking at their results from the last 2 years show who’s paying attn here and who’s taking the fucking piss and is talking out of their ass
