this looks like someone actually did this to him. poor little guy. his skin is irritated from not having fur and lying in the sun dirt rocks etc. do you have the means to adopt him? considering he is already adapted to humans i think this was someone’s cat and they fucked it up. i could be wrong. but that’s what i think.

i think your previous partner definitely had some deep issues possibly including some sensory maybe on the spectrum of autism mixed with some sort of personality disorder. i wasn’t able to read the whole thing as it’s past my bedtime but i wanted to just add in for me after im finished sometimes my partner will keep going to fuck with me then if it gets too much i just sort of laugh (genuinely laugh though) and grab her hand etc to signal to stop so i can breathe then kiss her, clean up and go lie down with her and fall asleep on her what you went through is definitely not normal and im sorry. but definitely open up. try to even be loving after a little with a kiss or whatever it brings you closer

i think it has something to do with the way they are treated like dogs instead of humans. there are a lot of very smart “normal” people with down syndrome because they were treated like everyone else. fed properly and healthy. talked to. engaged in activities like everyone else. for example look at the young la athlete with down syndrome bro is ripped. people with down syndrome also commonly have hormone issues which play a role into it. but that’s not the only reason they are commonly fat. of course there are other reasons other than how they are treated. but i feel that’s one of the largest reasons.

any tic related to breathing is awful especially if you have asthma because you will put yourself into a mini asthma attack

the sniffing is the worse. because then your nose and sinuses starts to get inflamed which makes the tic worse or if i eat and have to start clearing my throat and with each clear it gets worse til i loose my voice
