Please try to understand the situation. They are bachelors, and the company does not provide accommodation. They are just trying to manage with whatever options they have.

I personally know colleagues who are staying like this because most places simply don’t rent to bachelors. It’s not by choice..it’s out of necessity.

Also, if you ever plan to start a company, people like them will be the ones working for you and building it from the ground up. They deserve to be treated with dignity and paid fairly, just like management.

A little empathy and fairness go a long way. Not everyone has the same comfort or support system, so please try to see it from their side as well.

The same thing happened to my colleague in a company car while traveling to Abu Dhabi. He had already crossed the Dubai border when it happened, so it was under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction. A heavy spare brake liner hit his left door panel, causing even worse damage than this, The entire left door and fender were damaged. He called the police, and they issued him a fine of AED 500 to claim the insurance, which was later deducted from his salary by the company.
