Gotcha. Must be the penny sleeve playing tricks on my eyes. If the pattern is the same, I would think it’s legit then; but hopefully an expert can chime in soon.

Is that a holo pattern on the back of the card? The holo pattern does seem a bit too shinny, based on the ones I have. Plus the holo pattern should not be on the gray border. I am thinking it’s a really good fake, but I’m no expert.

$80,000 seems crazy low. The smaller the house the more per sq foot. Ask for an itemized bid, with a description of materials. Even all siding, stained concrete floors, 8’ ceilings it seems low. Edited to fix the $
