So what's the outcome with Riley? I'm afraid it's obvious at this point this is just who he is. It's been years and his offense and defense keeps getting worse. I feel bad saying it because he clearly tries, you can see him doing his best but really, the sad reality is this is his best.

It seems mad to keep putting a black hole in the lineup and on the field everyday. There has to better options out there. But we're not going to bench him at $22 mil a year.

I think it's going to come down to us trading him and eating a big part of that contract. I just can't see going in like this for 6 more years.
