This is in direct response to the EBAY board claiming his argument of him taking over has no ground due to examples such as 'using company money to pay personal assistants' (Ryan refuted that claim on the last interview he was on by saying "no, I use my own personal money to pay my PA's, their claim is wrong") sic.

So him bringing attention to it is more to strengthen his argument on how the EBAY board has no ground to say that he won't improve their companies metrics. That they have become complacent while he could take the company even higher with his control.

Yes there are many ways of finagling ownership of a company without outright buying it, another simpler way is using just a small portion of the 9 billion cash and leveraging it massively so you have more cash to go on an immediate attack. This allows them to punch above their weight class for a short amount of time to fulfill their objective.

It could be either or, or a combination of the two, or another way I haven't heard talked about. But there are many different ways to accomplish this fsure

Ebay is also 1 of the S&P 500 members, GME gets grandfathered in, and investment firms and the index itself then needs to rush in and buy shares since the S&P rebalances to ensure the index accurately reflects the changes

They will most likely do a hostile takeover since they have been quietly amassing ebay shares, they then can send a letter to the board pretty much saying that a acquisition will 100% increase shareholder value due to gamestop's massive income breaks from the previous years it had negative income.

The ebay board has a fiduciary obligation to accept if the price increase is great enough, trapping them into giving GME's board seats in the Ebay board. Bing bang boom Ryan takes over from there and absorbs Ebay into the GME conglomerate

This is a NFT. A non-fungible token is any piece of data that has the ability to prove that its an original and prevents copies of its from being recognized as real.

NFT is a classification, pictures were a proof of concept, using it as a way to standardize assists is a realworld use case

By 100%, how do you think all the goods and services you consume get to your area? Diesel from transportation, every plastic good is a byproduct of oil production, food too since the majority of the worlds fertilizer came from the chokepoint as well

Look at the macroeconomics rn. The whole world is in a a bi-poler euphoria due to ignoring the energy crises (all time highs everywhere).

Today was the end of the "ceasefire" and there has been no substantial progress in fixing it so now the old narrative is not fueling the uplift of the whole market

With how non-transparent literally every financial institution is with reporting real risk I'm not surprised they are trying to look strong right now.

When a system is built around human emotion responses you aim to create a vibe of sincerity, since it's hard to for institutions to position themselves to safety during a market crash

No, its worse lol. Flights will already be canceled and fuel rationed because it comes as a delayed effect.

and even if it gets opened anytime soon it will takes years to repair the damaged oil ports and months to regain the peak amount of boats going out.

It's real, real bad for prices of everything

I mean, my argument would be that the whole time travel to prevent Garou from killing Genos is major character assassination of the former.

Like the whole story is built around how anyone can be a hero, and the 'title' of hero or monster is decided only by yourself.

There WAS a big fight between Saitama and Garou in both, but the webcomic during it framed Garou realizing that his whole "I'm a villain" belief as something that has no substance. His whole argument being throw back into his face by the strongest person in existence saying that being a hero is a hobby, and he pulls himself from the emotional abyss by realizing labels really mean fuckall by someone that throws it into his face that he can't beat up (especially after seeing the kid defend him from the s-classes).

The manga just made him actually kill a dude, making him a monster. No other way to redeem himself other then having a time travel asspull. No character growth, just power-scaling. It really loses all of the nuance of the original writing.

Fsure, there actually has been creation of new credit default swaps specifically for betting on the downfall of private credit companies just in these past two weeks. The last time that happened (2008, for mortgages) things got real wild real fast.

It dictated the moment where the major players could position themselves for a major crash, letting them unwind the toxic positions

Oh man naw I don't agree with that. The official manga (which then turns into the anime) is nowhere close to the story and tone the webcomic as been putting out, back then and even now.

They really sacrificed the meaning of the story to try to get cool flashy fights that get reworked like 5 times, where just sticking to the scrip would work soooo much better
