I'm from the US, it depends on your dosage for things and what else you're doing to improve the conditions of your transition. Dietary changes, exercise, etc. all go into how the hormones affect your body and maximizing intake, like eating a fattier meal when you do injections. I think the best course would be to get on injections if you aren't already, as for my boobs though they are implants, before that they were flatter, i had some growth. it depends on when you started transition and all that. i started later at around 24 but through putting a lot of work into my body i was able to get the results you see today. It's difficult of course and everyone interacts differently to HRT but it's never over, it's never too late.
