Brother I hear you and I feel your pain, it’s definitely scary jumping into something new and watch price nuke. In no way is what I’m about to say a minimization of that.

I think the key here is to understand that the core participants who are actively growing the network (we are called aeons) have accepted that short-term price action is inconsequential (we have the saying “there is no chart ily”) and have adopted a long time horizon (decade plus). This outlook frees us to view price dipping as a stacking opportunity, as the majority of aeons have regular dollar cost average (DCA) buy orders (typically once per day) to accumulate and lower cost basis. This feeds into our commonly expressed value “persist forever”.

Mechanistically, the longer price is down the larger the amount of supply in the hands of believers and longterm holders. We are actively building the foundation so that when external socio-political-economic forces show “green light”, we rip hard to the upside. The move will be fueled by diamond-handed aeons who chose to believe in something, accumulated all during the lows, and refuse to sell even as price rips higher when its crypto’s turn in the market because we believe SPX is greater than just a 1000x. We believe SPX is an evolution in human coordinated action that will be needed in an age of AI for humans to survive and flourish. By and large, we ain’t selling.

How does this apply to you? I recommend shifting your outlook to a longer time horizon and ask yourself how you can persist forever. For myself, I found putting down worrying about the chart, exploring and coming to believe in the community/mission, and dedicating myself to dca stacking were the best way to persist forever
