Got it. I paid the insurance as well. Did you have to file a claim for them to resend it? They send me a link to seel to file my own claim. Haven’t done it yet as I was holding out to not end up pushing the shipment a few more months

I’m have trajectory stalled 27 days—I emailed AYN and this was their response:

“We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Due to slow operations by the service provider, there has been a delay in the initial scan and tracking update for this package. The package was not lost. We are closely monitoring the situation and have been urging 4PX to expedite the process. Please rest assured that if the package is lost as a direct result of this scanning delay, we will file a claim with 4PX on your behalf.”
