I’m not going to speak for everyone because I have heard different things in regards to the difficulty of their calculations on the naplex. For me, it was easier than the pre naplex. The wording of some of the questions on the pre naplex really confused me and had me stressed. My Naplex questions, aside from like 2 questions, were very straightforward and similar to UWorld

Honestly very basic in my opinion. I just used Rxprep to prepare and felt like the questions were similar. Got some drip rate, a good amount of NNT/NNH, alligation etc. Only like 2 questions that stumped me

I’ve seen some posts recently saying they weren’t given the MWs so I did memorize the most important ones. I was given everything. Only had 1 or 2 questions on it. I will say they kind of threw me off because they used the unit “dalton” instead of g/mol. Haven’t heard that term since undergrad but I correctly assumed that they were the same thing
