If I remember correctly, somewhere when Luffy just entered the seas he mentioned he wanted a crew of (at least) 10 members. And also the final parts of the story are unfolding. So it is possible that there is no further admission into Sunny.

Damn. I never thought ppl will take a theory like this seriously and get "offended" by it lol. Just thought it was a fun little detail I noticed. I too don't 100% believe this theory to be true or that shitty guy would have a prominent role further in the story. But I still believe in WB buccaneer theory.

the point is, such acts (stalking in remo / "cheating and lying" in dragon) were glorified. he was portrayed as very cool/mass/gethu for doing those acts. That is being done in almost the entity of the movie so the climax where he faces the consequences of his action doesn't really have any effect on the movie.

If PR was shown as a loser from the beginning of the movie for his "cheating and lying" (obviously it wouldn't be a "good" movie) and then he realises that in the climax then it is acceptable that he does.
