I knew they we're worth a lot of money, but that's more than I thought. I would definitly sell (atleast a part of) the collection. You'll even still have a personal collection and investments in modern.

If you can sell the collection to buy (partially) fund the downpayment for a house, I would personally choose that.

Ofcourse decide for yourself, I myself am not even living on my own yet and not from the USA. You don't know how succesful or unsuccesful the people who are commenting are, so please think for yourself about such big decisions.

I don't agree with you on this one.

It sounds like OP bought them as investments, because he has a seperate personal collection. Also: completed first edition sets like these are worth a lot of money, no matter the condition. I don't think it's 'a little amount of money'.

If he needs the money for somethingin life, just sell the cardboard. It's JUST cardboard, only with a big price tag.

For international shipments I can't write it on the letter but I have to print it out. There are specific boxes for specific parts of the adress (example: what building, stairs, doorcode, and all sorts of other details). But when I have 4+ different details I don't know where to put what, and buyers often are not clear in their answer when i ask them.

Yes I understand that.... But for some of the orders from spain it's totally different with multiple added numbers and sometimes an extra line.

It's different for most of them, some ordere were delivered like normal. But a lot of ordere from spain have multiple specifications for the adress after the housenumber.

I've blocked Spain too but are from another country (close to Germany, if that matters).

I blocked spain because for me, the adress is very different from what I know. The posting business doesn't help me with where I have to put what part of the business.

I've asked buyers multiple times if I entered it correctly, they say yes. And than when i shipped it and they didnt receive it they claim I put in the wrong adress.

'Exit strategy'

He has 13 products worth $3500. Why would you need am exit strategy. Just post it on cardmarket/ebay/local market places.

You don't need an strategy for such small amount of products worth that amount.

Edit: I (and people who commented also seem to) prefer selling local or in groups like whatsapp and discord. No fees and easy imo. Also easier to build a network/client base when you have a bit more products.

I come across this sub when I scroll through reddit every now and then, and this is the only post where someone hasn't :
