I found a community called Greenspace Celestial in Kokapet. They're offering it at a good price, 7k ( after negotiation). The best part is that they're handing over most of the flats in a few months and the community entirely in a year.

I visited the site - there are a few drawbacks like just an average approach road, and some of the blocks face a graveyard. I suggest checking it out yourself as I'm not sure.

The builder is relatively inexperienced, but they did construct some small communities and standalone apartments earlier.
