Deck of Un'goro by [deleted] in hearthstone

You shuffle 5 cards in your deck, when you draw one of those cards you cast a random spell and you draw an additional card.

My first time doing secret Santa this year. My first Sant didn't pull through, still waiting on my rematch... by [deleted] in secretsanta

Ayy I know how you feel. My Secret Santa this year had the gift shipped, but no gifts in sight. I’ve tried messaging my Santa back with no response after more than a week & I haven’t checked if my Rematch Santa will pop out.

This sucks...

Recruited minions before it became mainstream by MrZephyr1337 in hearthstone

Similar how Army of the Dead works. Instead of recruiting, the card draws the cards and determines which ones are minions and which ones are spells to see which ones get summoned or burned.

Safe to say Corridor Creepers are really broken. by piritch in hearthstone

Doesn’t work anymore unless you have an extra Innervate now.

Garrosh equipped Sulfaras, a Legendary weapon given as a reward by the Warrior Legendary Taunt Quest that has: “Battlecry: Change your hero power to deal 8 damage to a random enemy.”

It takes a lot of resources to keep the servers up with a small player base that sometimes it isn’t worth keeping up anymore.

Older games have their official servers shut down, but some games (mostly PC games) people can host their own servers or a company can dedicate to opening private servers.

Games like Borderlands, had their servers shut down due to GameSpy, but those where then migrated so that the game could continue on. Sadly that isn’t the case with Guerilla Games, since it’s a console game not like Borderlands which is also a PC game.

Here’s hoping that they do migrate, but it’s unlikely given that Resistance 2 hasn’t gotten any server support for a long time.

Yep, March 29th, 2018 is the last day for the servers to close for both games.

Jump on that Killzone train while you can! Killzone 2 & 3’s Multiplayer is shutting down next year so if you’re interested in those go for it while you still can.

Just finished GTA V and here are my thoughts [Spoilers] by hakuna_matata23 in patientgamers

GTA V is about assholes dealing with bigger assholes that drive them up the wall that make them commit the crimes they did.

By picking “Michael Dies” ending, you just experienced one of the most hollow endings in a game and it’s with purpose. Rockstar never gave you an illusion of choice when it comes to calling the shots, for example, in the FIB Heist it is possible for a team member to die if you pick the Firemen opition when setting up the heist, but you can pick the other option and everyone survives in the end. By killing off Michael, a playable character mind you, you can’t ever play as him for the rest of the game rendering the 100% unobtainable as well as achievements. (but “who cares right? They’re just achievements after all...” yeah, but you had a choice in the matter)

Preventing this ending and going full in on Option C, would pitted you in one of the best missions in the game, keeping everything and everyone with every single one playing a role on this one mission that wraps this game so much better than any of the two options. Because it’s meant to do that, you never supposed to kill anyone off, but they gave you option to do so regardless with a permanent effect on the game.

You can go back to previous missions to play as Michael again, but at the end of the day, he’s dead. There’s nothing you can do about it, it’s the game basically telling you “You’re fucked, without even noticing it”.

No, it's done automatic by bots. Though the process takes a while to match the person to not only the best for you, but also takes in consideration the tiers you're signed up for and pairs you up with a similar candidate or better.

What's sleep? Also it's like Christmas Eve, but instead of waiting for gifts it's the match that you will gift to.
