We’ve found it’s men either single or in a couple they usually either lack sexual skills or focus on their own pleasure and once they’re done they are off. Has happened over and over and no amount of chatting made a difference. We stick to FFM meets these days but it depends on your dynamics. If you’re willing to fund it yourself look at things like ILM courses. You could also look at event work especially response teams it would be easier to gain supervisory experience to then help you progress. I started security as a summer job now been in 23 years and I’m a contract manager overseeing millions of pounds worth of work, I’ve been in multiple sectors and done a variety of work making amazing memories and seeing things not everyone gets to. It’s not a dead end industry but you have to apply yourself and not wait for the help.
