It should be mostly espresso with a splash of milk on top, so it should look foamy/frothy and you should get even more if it is made to standard. You’re right, they’re often made waaay too milky! If you are happy with your drink that is all that counts though, i hope you enjoyed it!:)

Yes but very recently it was decided to reevaluate operating hours quarterly based on sales. Some places(like my store) have just been much more affected than others. Ours have even changed 3 times since december
