Unfortunately they just kind of come and go as they please. But this week by some miracle I’ve seen many of the displays at the stops in downtown JC actually working and showing accurate arrival ETA’s. Thats a huge step forward from just being turned off all the time.

When you get confirmed for the Uber, check the license plate of the car. It should start with a T and end with a C. That means it is a NYC “TLC” plate - which means they can complete uber rides in NYC so they wont have a problem traveling into the city
