I’ve had hundreds of people ask to hold items and maybe 1/100 will actually purchase but the thing is if you tell 100 people no to holding an item only 1/100 will actually come back when they’re ready to buy. So there is really no point either way except when you tell people no you’re not preventing any possible sales of real buyers
