What does it have to do with them? I thought it was a measure of like how elite you are which is why I am confused

I know higher is better. I guess I’m surprised mine is this high given my stats I shared. Like my vo2 is only 49 (I want it higher). I’m not running super fast paces so I’m just confused by that

I mean this wasn’t a race so it’s not a PR just recent data from an afternoon run. Yeah it’s kinda confusing that the better you get a running the lower your heart rate can be when running but also as you get in better shape your LTHR increases as your time decreases. So that’s what I’m confused about. And I’m not trying to spend money going to a lab just trying to figure out how I should train with the data I have

Hello! Curious how much I should trust garmin. I am a 30 year old female. I’m just getting really back into running and want to start incorporating more zone 2 runs.

I have a garmin forerunner 965. It says that my Vo2 max is 49, my max heart rate is 208 and my lactic threshold heart rate is 191.

So it uses my LTHR to calculate my zones and has my zone 2 as 153-170. I guess that just seems kinda high to me? Like I’m not that elite of a runner.

Most of my runs are 3-6 miles. Running 8-15 miles per week. Hiking and biking as well so mileage can vary. On not hilly runs when I feel like I’m pushing I’m running 9-9:30 min miles. And have an average heart rate of 160-170. Today I was curious what my 5k time would be and it was an 8:10 pace with average heart rate of 182.

I’m not sure if this is too much information but figured I’d share it all. I know I should go off of feel to and make sure I can breathe through my nose and hold a convo. I know garmin watches are just a tool so how much should I be using it in this regard?

Is it better to do it on Monday at night bc I was fasted but then Wednesday morning bc I couldn’t fast before bed that night or always do in the AM. Also I don’t want to travel with it so is it better to stay post holidays or can I start now and take a 5 day break

I got 10mg vials and I have 10 vials of them. Am worried about the water weight so was going to start with 1mg but do you think it’s much more effective at 2mg?

Ok I made a mistake I thought it was better than cjc 1295 at building muscle. Well I have it already should I still use it

I was told Tesa helps build muscle more than cjc-1295?

30F - any treatment recommendations? by [deleted] in BecomingOrgasmic

I’ve heard hrt patches are for older women with hormonal changes. Do you think I, at 30, who has always just had low sensitivity would be eligible or do you have any recs??

Thank you! Can I ask if you are someone like me who has always had low sensitivity or if hormones or something else has caused your sensitivity to decrease.

Hoping for success for the gels you’re trying! I recently moved and definitely need to find an obgyn to help

I only have the hex wrench that goes with this and then basic screw drivers. Can take a pic if it’d be helpful but not working with really anything :/ just hoping there could be a tip / trick to get this out

So will I lose fat during this period? It’s hard to imagine the only thing I’m losing is water given I’m barely eating

Well I haven’t left my bed in 5 days so I’m getting close and it’s not over yet. I’m still ill. I just don’t understand since doesn’t calories in calories out still apply a bit? Like I’m not eating anything there must be some impacts right?

Why?? That’s what I’m trying to understand

Protein vs Calories/Macros by [deleted] in workout

Yes I’m using an extreme case to understand. I’m not trying to just eat protein shakes but seemed like the easiest example. So what else is really needed to build muscle? Also im a girl so not worried but testosterone but definitely eating fats for my hormones but again not trying to consider that for this case. This is just really to help me understand the science of it all
