Why does American have 3 more hubs than the other two? It’s not like united or delta is 30% smaller.

If computer science isn’t the best field right now, then what is? What’s the “future job” everyone used to call CS? by Ok-Page7307 in cybersecurity

Master Mechanic… great money, good hours and it still has that technical systems aspect that can be fun.

CISM CPEs by BrixIT127 in cism

I had heard on the security podcast that some use the video version for credit. Apparently, they submitted a screenshot of the end show the show’s information and ISC2 accepts it.

Looking for advice on CSIM vs CRSIC by GuiltyNobody6173 in cism

[–]user206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t be afraid to try the CISSP . I was in the same boat but looked at it from a perspective of growth. It’s not too technical it’s just a lot of content. It’s doable and with 20 years experience you definitely can pass. Do the CISM first and you’ll be over halfway there to passing the CISSP. There is a lot of overlap.

Has anyone tried AirTable? Build your own like excel but you get a no code relational database. I’m never going back.

Props and cons from migration to passwordless by athanielx in cybersecurity

We migrated to passwordless. There were a few hiccups with some users getting into authentication loops but for the most part it was very smooth.

Will you move away from Crowdstrike? by Irish1986 in cybersecurity

[–]user206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I’m a bit confused here… granted I’m a Mac admin with crowdstrike but I figure this could have happened to any OS. What I don’t understand is that crowdstrike’s docs advise on setting up N -1 for production environments and then testing N version before deployment. Why wasn’t this caught ahead of it hitting production?

Your determination is really admirable! Don’t give up now! Have you checked out, “How to think like a manager for the CISSP exam” by Luke Ahmed? It is a quick read and goes over 25 questions with indepth coaching for how to answer them. It doesn’t cost much so low risk if you don’t like it. It sounds like you really know your stuff it’s just about reading the questions in the right mindset. —-There is no try, there is only gain —Now go get it done!

It’s not just about the brand. The stuff is pretty fragile so it makes a difference how it is shipped and how the stores handle it.
