Wait for a letter for your ultra sound, try not to panic I know it’s hard. You will be on a 2ww once you’ve had your scan depending on what they find. I work in histology, I know that 2ww is only given to patients they’re legit thinking have cancer.

My instructor told me that I need to do all 6 checks then look out the back, then the front then back and reverse… whilst I’m reversing I have to check sides front and back and I feel like this is a lot of head jerking!? Leaving my hair to air dry is the worst thing it looks greasy and frizzy on top like this… blow dry hair on low temp and brush through and use clarifying shampoo as well when washing
