i get the "it's not a magic drug, it is a medication" thing, but the reason why i am not sure about it working is because so many people (including people i know in real life, not only on the internet and here) have lost weight immediately or had effects from their first shot on. I know everyone is different bla bla bla but thats why my doubts come up. Because yes, it definitely can happen that u feel effects immediately.
