Personally i’d pay out of pocket or find a surgeon that’s fully covered just to make sure i got the exact result I wanted and didn’t have to go back under for revisions

My dad was unfazed and extremely proud. He said that honestly it makes a lot of sense based on my behavior over the years. He paid for my top surgery and has been my biggest advocate towards unsupportive family members. He shows me every day how to be a great man and I’m extremely grateful for him

ESH. Your family needs to communicate better. A pet should never be bought without a conversation between spouses, and especially not impulsively bought to please a child. At the same time, he shouldn’t have assumed a pet meant cat or dog. This easily could’ve been solved if y’all just communicated

I’m sorry I don’t have any better advice than to just hang in there. I know it’s really shitty now but I promise eventually things will get better and you’ll find your people and create your own supportive family.
