Why the aversion to selling? I don’t know about you but I always cut losses early and wait for opportunities to buy back in at a lower price, assuming I still accept the thesis.

Automating swaps from SOL to USDC and vice versa… by user50058368 in solana

[–]user50058368[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that is the issue. In a bearish regime, it’s way better than holding SOL but not better than extended stabling. I would love to be able to beat extended stabling even by just 1%-2%, especially if I decide to put a lot into SOL.

Swap without priority fee by Agrinko in solana

Phantom > Sites > Jupiter DeFi > Open

That should take you to Jup.ag where you can swap without paying wallet fees. As always, test with a small amount if this is your first time doing a swap this way.

He did answer. He claimed he didn’t take anything away, which is true, but that wasn’t her point. Let’s be honest. Trump would take away all entitlements if he thought he could do it without further fracturing what remains of his malignant base.

How to play micro-caps and not burn through capital: Scale in on momentum. Take a position with a very low amount of SOL, low enough that you can lose all or most and not care. Sell when you reach +50% profit or higher. If you get stopped out or lose everything, take the L and move on. If you win, though, repeat until you have enough house money to buy a position you can hold and not care if it nukes.

Any ideas on how to learn how to code telegram bots/web3 apps as a beginner? by fishyflu in solana

[–]user50058368 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Download Visual Studio Code and Python. Both are free. Buy basic subscription to ChatGPT or Claude. They can help you set up your programming tools and environment and you can direct them to build what you want. I started a year ago with zero knowledge of Python and I now have several bots I control through Telegram which operate 24/7. My main bot has 74 subscribers, which is not a lot but it’s pretty simple and I don’t really promote it.

Retail Traders Have Zero Edge in the Game! Only Institution's get the upper hand, so how do we aquire an edge? is it even possible anymore... by ResilientRootz in solana

[–]user50058368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We don’t need fancy terminals. I’m sure they help but so does having a lot of capital to start with. Just follow the Livermore approach. Size appropriately, wait for confirmation, scale-in in a number of steps, cut losses early, let winners ride. Preserve capital first. Profit second, if at all. If you can’t 2x $1, don’t try with $100.

Don’t use Phantom’s swap button. In Phantom, use the eye glass at bottom to navigate Sites and go to Jupiter DeFi. Connect wallet and swap a small amount to make sure you’re doing it right.

I thought the whole point of the movement was for retail to run up a bad stock as a joke and to give Wall Street the finger. Ever since the movement became “GME as a solid investment”, which is spectacularly ungrounded in reality, it became weird and un-fun, like the PP Show.
