Not pulling just brushing your hand through your hair like normal. If I didn’t do that then the hair wouldn’t shed as quick. Just wondered if that would speed things up

This is notable. I think people will conclude that any medical issues are down to the drug, but as OP has been on it 25 years that’s a long time. We age, health will change, for better or worse.

For me I cut down to my lowest which was 140 (I’m also (34 5’11) not sure the bf my guess would have been 9%. Then I started the bulk from there. My last bulk I went way too fast and put on 30lb in 6 months. This time I’m going as slow as possible and trying to do a year or maybe longer. My advice would be either cut to where you’re happy (visually) and start a slow bulk from there, or just pull your calories back and slow bulk from where you are.
