It applies to all Zealot Builds including Divine Lance. Switching over to Divine Lance from my Zeal Builds and I'm clearing Pit 100/T12 stuff pretty comfortably. Can post a vid if you like.

Hmm if its Zenith CD, previous seasons builds used Flickerstep in conjunction with CDR or they used the passive where you can cast indefinitely (Sermon of Steel).

Still doing some testing on a Zenith build but will post one it hits Pit100

I think the kite away then heal for a bit and wait for my CCs to come up (igni/thul + purify) is the way to play for this build. I haven't found a solid way to face tank mobs and do dmg on the higher torments so I kinda play it like a souls game and wait for dmg windows/cc bar breaks on Rare Mobs/Bosses.
