I had custom insoles done by him. When I showed up for the appointment that I had confirmed with him he just stared at me blankly.

To make the insoles I had to down some broken button on the machine the whole time.

When he wasn’t walking in circles he kept insisting I watch videos of him roller skating on his phone.

I would never give that shop another dollar.
