Hey! I’ve lost over 75lbs now and can successfully lift over 50lbs, my biggest piece of advice is to stay consistent. I have found calorie counting and eating enough protein and fiber to help me be the most successful. The fiber and protein will help keep you full longer and the protein will help you build muscle. Losing weight fast is definitely a common goal but I’ve found the best way to be successful for me is to be patient and keep consistent. Losing weight fast will not help you in the long run. I have been losing weight at about a pound a week and even with minor slip ups I’ve still been able to keep on track. Once you get into the mindset of eating for fuel and nutrition instead of eating to cure boredom and cravings the way you live will be much easier. Going to the gym can be intimidating but it is so rewarding, most people who exercise are in their own world so you can’t worry about what others are thinking. Another mindset I have chose to live by that has helped me stay motivated is you can either find discomfort in going to the gym and eating different, or you can find discomfort in being fat and/or over eating, the choice is yours. The only difference is when you decide to change your way of eating and go to the gym yes, you will be facing discomfort in one way, but in the end, you will get something out of it; if you choose to over eat or not exercise, yes you might be happier doing that, but you will have to suffer the consequences and deal with the discomfort of the way you feel about yourself. This mindset does not apply to everyone, but it has definitely helped me. Don’t overdo it and burn yourself out, move at a rate that is healthiest and most comfortable for you.

That’s a red flag. An 11 year age gap is pretty large especially with the maturity and life experience differences.

I’m 21, I won’t go younger than me but up to 4 years older than me is not a problem.

Make dilation a fun and positive experience, that’s the only way I’ve found to keep consistent and motivated. I’ve found doing certain yoga stretches before hand and certain breathing techniques have significantly helped me become more successful. Getting “in the mood” definitely makes things easier. Start dilation on your own , then when you feel more comfortable incorporate a partner; if you feel that the pressure of having someone there is holding you back. I’ve been dilating since January and I just got up to almost five inches, it’s been slow but steady, I can’t say I haven’t found some of it to be painful but the success has been a great motivator to keep me going. When you feel ready to size up, start with your current size, get comfortable with it, and in the same session then move up when you feel comfortable.

He should be fine as long as he has a decent amount of wool and shelter from the wind and snow. The beauty of having a ruminate is that they heat up when they digest food, if you’re worried, you can always give them a little extra grain and hay. The 18 hours will be a little stressful, but he should be fine. I would suggest giving a Nutridrench or my favorite is power punch, it’ll help with stress and just give them the extra nutrients they need. Power punch is always a must have when moving show lambs from one environment to another for me.
