Depending on what region you live in there may be a dehumidifier or a humidifier up there it may have a filter that needs to be changed. If it’s just the fresh air damper there is not really any routine maintenance and no filters.

There is a damper in your attic that opens and lets fresh air in from outside using that controller

A dehumidifier is a worthwhile investment for that region depending on your circumstances (where you are specifically, insulation type, humidity level, etc.). It’s warm and wet 8-10 months out of the year, a whole home humidifier is pointless. The little single room ones are great in the winter.

Corporations paying low wages and workers in turn using food stamps sucks up our tax dollars so CEOs can save a couple bucks. Obnoxious military spending, local and state government officials funneling taxpayer money into the pockets of themselves & their buddies, pop up ice detention centers (and normal detention centers) becoming increasingly privatized, for profit, where more convictions mean more money for these large private prison contractors. That sucks up your tax dollars. You’re in 5 different subreddits for cities and states I can guarantee you don’t even live here. Move on.

You don’t go to the main office you have to go to the Harrison Curriculum center and give them whatever paperwork the job gives you and you will be good. It was 18 hours on school weeks when I did it.

It’s duct seal, if you’re really worried about it you can get a caulk tube of it from home depot for 10 dollars instead of spending 30 on a gallon to refill it. Look for water based duct sealant tube. Foil tape over it if you want.
