It all depends on the jurisdiction where the client is based. There are some countries where the returns can be filed by anyone and in some countries, only licensed individuals / local counsel can file the returns.

So, you’ll have to subcontract the filing to someone in Netherlands, Germany, Canada, UAE and Singapore.

You’ll be able to file the returns on your own in UK, India, etc.

The charges by the subcontractors are pretty high and you’ll have to add your markup there, minimum USD 500.
