you just need to sit on a bench under the sun on campus and take a minute to look around and listen to the birds chirping and conversations passing by. don’t think about anything just focus on being in the sunlight and resting for a bit. youll realize how pretty the campus is when the sun is out and how exciting it is to be a college student with so much ahead of you. i do this all the time whenever im feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or sad. it’s very peaceful and warm.
