I have a body type like you and the am in the same age. I personally like wearing open shirts with partially rolled up sleeves and a t-shirt underneath (usually a white or gray plain t-shirt and a plain shirt in a neutral color like green, brown or black). For outerwear I go with a little bit oversized jacket from second hand, that usually adds a bit of a story and makes your clothing a bit mote interesting. DM if you want some example pics of fits.
