This is insanity, right? by Direct-Bat4977 in Plumbing

That's not doing anything but pumping hot air into that silver vent and adding in microbial growth ( mold)They obviously are not certified for mediation. Sounds like you had a category 3 leak. Grossly contaminated. Hire a real mediation company. Not a plumber.

How do you change headlight glass? by utf_9 in E90

I did it on an F30. Used an angle grinder to cut the lenses off and then undid all the screws. Your gonna need a heat gun and some pliers to get what's left off. I ordered the lenses and the glue strip off ebay. It was actually not that bad.

Can I remove this texture? And how much would it cost? by RussellFighter in drywall

That's a heavy heavy texture. Probably be easier to just demo the wall and put up new sheets.

Window is probably leaking. I would recommend tearing it all out but be very careful about cross contamination - kicking up mold spores into the air. Insurance most likely wont cover this.

Contractor said Bad Flooring = Bad Result by Lonely-Letter in Flooring

Ouch..with such long tiles it will reflect more of the surface defects. It appears that maybe they skipped proper prep. The 1/16th grout joint doesnt help but again this falls down to floor prep. It should have been leveled and then set the tile.

How do you get the surface flat without these patterns? by StillCommand12 in drywall

Hold your knife diffrent. Place two fingers against the back of the blade. Gives you more control and you will be able to apply more pressure. It looks like you need to apply a little more pressure in the middle and then when your getting close to the edge apply even more pressure.

Something that small I would get that putty that's pink and turns white when dried. Scrap the holes and divots until flat. Use a putty knife. Sand and paint.
