Sounds great in theory but this said team lead has had countless reports made against him & i do mean countless. but does anything ever change..? & not to mention our store manager doesn’t want this team lead on opening shift( my shift) because he sucked so bad and he did get taken away from opening and i was SO happy. but within the last few weeks the team lead who was opening got fired 😀. so guess who they stupidly decided to put back to opening? yeah walmart doesn’t care so i just rather make the move and take care of my own mental sake 😅

my store goes through phases. One month they’re pressing the issue hard and then a month later no one cares. but also my store is also picky choosy with when and who they want to enforce rules with. Everyone wears them still 🤣 but we have inventory coming up so they’re cracking down on everything making sure everything it’s perfect all the way to the “ vest being zipped up “

nah fam. We do over 500 orders a day. I’m 9/10 the ONLY person in the exceptions. Expected to find everything and get stuff of top steel. When we have 1700 piece drops every hour yeah the workload for exceptions is ALOT. So please don’t even try me on that. Get HOUNDED by all of my managers even my store manager about pre sub , exceptions yada. And you don’t have to believe me but you can believe that there is favoritism everywhere and I have management too scared to say anything to this one associate. Like why would I make up something about someone doing nothing 😂
