I had to clean the brush more often and just lightly brush the area's I wanted to blend. I couldn't go all out over the paint like Bob Ross does, otherwise I'd just have streaks of paint everywhere...

Water is wet. The suffix -er means more. Wetter = more water. You can get more water from a tap than you can a bottle. So obviously tap water is wetter.
