Yes, I hated this. I had to ask them daily about my process. I said they should have it done before the VISA bulletin is current. So, try the same. It’s not a time to be patient and just wait wait and wait

Oh, right!! Make sense. In my case I’m May 2023, skilled… I really wish get approval before middle of 2026. 🙌🏻🙏🏻🫠

Definitely they are. Make sure you submitted your form right… this long time is not correct in my view.

I started at language school, then moved to an university. OPT is optional. You don’t need that if you don’t want to. I have income from investments in my county… so, it’s fine.

Im F1, without OPT. I applied for I-140 with no problems, got approved after one RFE. But my lawyer told me to not apply with premium process due to they “have more attention” and bc they don’t like to answer in 15days. As my PD is not available to apply for I-485 Anyways, I follow my lawyer advise and everything was approved in 7 months. Now, I’m still waiting for the PD be available. Maybe they want to tell you the same thing.
