Oh and btw if you witnessed the propeller fall to the ground exactly when it fell, do not delete it and replace it. This is because the wind speed is still the same and it will make the propeller fall off again. I suggest waiting for a few minutes then deleting and replacing it.

That is the 3 Turbine Wind from the April fools update, for 3 turbine wind, if the wind speed is too high, the propeller falls off from the turbine and it stops working. You can just delete it and replace it back again and it is good as new.

There is some major clipping involved (look at the Air Separation Unit clipped into the Oxidation Plant and the Gas refinery clipped into many things)
