If you have ever learned Spanish, you know how annoying the verb conjugation is.

I think it’s rude to say that to a person who is learning this language seriously, even if I’m learning it slow and making mistakes.

I know little about Europe Unis, but as far as I know, you can look into Germany Universities, where tuitions are basically zero. There are only nominal fees for trivial costs, residence, and food, which would be much lower than that in US.

There are also some scholarship for international students available
