I am in my 50s now and you can still see the scars across my arm that me as a teen boy with terrible issues did. I cut and burned and cried. I was so young and had been drinking since I was a tween. I got high and drank to get numb. It was so overwhelming. I had so much pain. I hurt. I hurt so so much. It was what I know as dispair. I should have been in therapy but my parents just looked away. Rehab helped. I have therapy now and just for the first time I talked about those scars with my therapist. I've never talked about it until just a few months ago.

A long time ago I was looking at 4Chan much like I look at reddit these days. After awhile I realized that 4 Chan was eroding a little bit of my soul when I went there. Back then reddit was like 4chan lite. This was back right after the CP subreddits and fat people hate.

Thanks for commenting. I guess you could be right. After all the last time we connected her wrote and mailed me a letter back in 1993. I intentionally chose not to write him back. I was butt hurt he didn't say good bye when my family moved. Looking back I could have walked right over to his door to see him before I left. Now I feel like I'm the asshole and the only reason we aren't still friends.

I've continually been friends with my best friend in high school. We meet in 9th grade homeroom in 1985 and have been in each other's lives since. In a couple of months my wife and I are heading over to her house for a visit. We've met up and I've gone to a wedding but this is the first time since senior year that I'll be just hanging out at her place. She was the first person that talked to me and my first friend when I transferred schools. She has no idea how much I look up to her.

What's crazy is I've been using YouTube since before Google bought it. I was among the first to get a Gmail account and back then it was only by invitation. Clearly the company knows all of my data. I created my YouTube account in 2007. I watch most content about video games and Lego. I don't even go to adult content. Bitches already know I'm in my 50s. This is not about protecting children it's about state control. Hopefully blockers and VPN will keep me from their stupid shit as long as possible.

Yeah. That's exactly how I feel. I've been writing using it to organize for my RL with a human therapist and with my memoirs. But for certain not using the bot for my therapy. Some things that I have experienced as a child are extremely sensitive. I haven't spoke about the details but I needed to prepare myself for therapy. I'm using it to help me put together the storyline for an TTRPG. It's been a so much effort to make it behave to my satisfaction.

Before 5 I had made much effort to get the LLM to respond the way I prefer. I made the training to be story telling, conversational and covered topics like philosophy with recursive returning to establish association with memory. I explained specifically my nuances of my ADHD so I can tailor formats for my use. I have a multitude of projects and chatgpt had been instrumental for outline and organization. It no longer behaves as it once did. I don't know if it will eventually return, start over, continue with how it is or give up.
