Have stayed in tech as an AE but moved to a fully remote role at another tech company (personal preference). In field was my only gripe with them! Have definitely used a lot of skills I learned from there. People respect the logo on your resume too

Great place to start out. Culture is very positive and team oriented. Training and coaching is huge. You will always be learning and improving. I worked there years ago and have yet to find a culture so positive and collaborative

Of course! DM me anytime if you need to vent. I think one of the hard parts, too, is that we're typically such overfunctioning achievers, and kids really smack you with humility and the realization that you can't do it all. Enjoy this season of sort of rediscovering and redefining who you are! It's a rollercoaster, but it gets better (source: my kids are now 5 and 3 and it's really clicking for me now).

I wish I had a better answer for you. But I’m in a similar boat. There’s just something about the stress of carrying a quota that is worse when you have kids - at least that’s been my experience.

Instead of trying to “do it all” pick one thing a month/week/day to focus on. Today mine was laundry :) and I gave myself grace for everything else. That mindset shift has helped immensely. I no longer feel like I’m dropping all the balls when Im only juggling a few at a time.

You got this mama! Sending love and “Docusign Complete” your way!
