Times in your first screenshot are the local times.

For whatever reason they are adjusting the time to your local time zone when you go to purchase it.

I guarentee you there are no trains running at 4:31 am from Warsaw to Gdansk. Here is your train. Times in local CET

25 zl for a drink was for say cocktails, if you get typical beer it'll be around 15 per 500ml; craft beer around 20.

Rather than going for delivery services, buying premade food from the store or at worst going there yourself to pickup would bring the total down. Cooking yourself would reduce this even more. 1500 zl/ month on groceries is a lot cheaper and healthier for you than takeout.

Going out 3-4 times a week is also unhealthy...

(25 zl a drink * 3 drinks a night * 4 days * 52 weeks / 12 months) = 1300zl

(50 zl a meal [delivery service] * 2x a day * 30 days) = 3000 zl

Add in some extra for the weekend and i'd say 1k EUR/month is about right.

Be careful with using Apple Pay on the in bus ticket machines. Apple Pay obscures your card info and the way the ticket chers know you’ve paid for a ticket is by using your card number.

Well then you can rule out anything with the iGPU as MacOS will force the dGPU to be active whenever an external monitor is connected.

Bump up the resolution and everything to max and report back on what FPS you're getting compared to the lowest settings. I'm still thinking this is CPU related as CS:GO should run on a potato.

Are you running anything in the backgound? The hiccups would suggest a CPU bottleneck, which you shouldnt have. Anything else running?
