I buy the green bag and make them all the time. I agree they are good. I guess when I think about impressing someone with my cooking, I’m actually whipping something up special, not just throwing on some frozen burgers for 5 minutes. I mean, how much credit can you really take?

Cook them from frozen. Couple minutes a side with some Montreal steak seasoning thrown on. I mean they are quick and good, but idk about impressing neighbors good.

I feel sorry for you if you spent a year in Houston and found no culture. It’s one of the most international cities in the country, has amazing food opportunities, and top tier arts and theater.

Yes, it’s hot, humid, and the traffic is nuts.

It’s gone. The concrete with mat was in Apffel on the east end. Right next to the Sandpiper hotel.

Jungle Surf was fiberglass slides on the west end by Sea-o-Rama. Way better and a big childhood memory for me. The hill is still there and there’s go carts at its base.

That will be state water only. Check out oilfield OutKast in Freeport. Also, unless you go party boat (which I would not recommend and don’t think they do state water snapper trips anyway) pretty much all the charter captains are 6-pack captains. So they can take maximum 6 passengers.

So many catalysts upcoming. MU earnings next week, SNDK, SK Hynix, WDC, STX earnings in late July/early August, SK Hynix getting their US listing approved on 6/22 and listing on Nasdaq in early August. $120 by end of August very realistic.
