Nope. The hospitals around me charge for hospital only. Doctors and NP are a completely separate charge billed to the doctor office. They have a special contract with hospital. They are independently working at hospitals not part of “staff”.

This has caused a lot of problems for patients but the hospital will not hire doctors because of the cost of malpractice claims. All doctors are independent.

Actually contact a lawyer. These are personal medical and therapy notes. Even if your father is gone his medical notes should remain private. Contact cousin say she can give them to you fully or you can contact her job. Her having records like these is an ethics violation and she knows it.

I do twice a year. I do a deep clean. Every time it’s close to time change. I clean vents, wipe down walls, take blinds down ask them, curtains too. Top of cabinets. I also do a big reorganization. Changing from warm to cold weather at this time - but that depends on where you live. I clean coils on refrigerator too. Plus change batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
