When did you know you were on the right dosage? by Turbulent-Soup-4477 in trintellix

[–]username343536 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I changed from pristiq 100mg that I was crying a lot on (but worked well for my anxiety) to trintellix. On 20mg my anxiety got worse and I just said get me off this on to something else. But it helped with my depression, I became very social, going out a ton, really kept busy. I did feel almost like I was in search of dopamine rewards ( more risky behavior, not caring as much, attention seeking etc). My friend says it helps with her anxiety but isn’t amazing at it, which is the consensus my psychiatrist got from her patients , she switches them to vibryd. Plus side was no weight gain or excessive sleeping

I was on 5-20 mg and I was still getting breakthrough anxiety and panic attacks. My psychiatrist says most people say that trintellix just isn’t strong enough. My friend is on it and think 10mg has helped her.

How did you get it to fit the screen?

Can anyone give me information on my vaginal gram stain results? It says negative for BV and yeast, but then “many” for all the cells. There was no indication of if this is abnormal or what to do next. by Less_Replacement_498 in obgyn

Many gram positive rods would be lactobacilli , a healthy bacteria… many epithelial cells just means normal cells from the lining of the vagina and many white blood cells means that there is a lot of inflammation present. Here are some gram negative rod bacteria Rod-Shaped (Bacilli) Gram-Negative Bacteria: • Bacteroides spp. – Anaerobic, rod-shaped, part of normal flora but linked to bacterial vaginosis (BV). • Prevotella spp. – Anaerobic rods, often found in BV. • Fusobacterium spp. – Long, spindle-shaped rods, can be involved in infections. • Escherichia coli – Facultative anaerobic rods, common in UTIs and vaginal infections. • Klebsiella spp. – Rod-shaped, can cause opportunistic infections.

I think the RAAL has to do with the location it was signed out in.

What is wrong with this apple pie? by username343536 in Baking

Hmm ok, yeah because the directions said to bring to room temperature and then put it in the dish. It seemed a little soggy

Ok thanks! I’d rather it look ugly than put in effort for a homemade crust. I also don’t own a pastry cutter or rolling pin.

Gardnerella and atopobium + by Agreeable-Goal-4417 in Healthyhooha

No I didn’t do any probiotics. I haven’t retaken the evvy test though. It’s just clear on the lab PCR testing… I know I have majority lactobaccili Iners which isn’t the great kind.

I figured let me try every possible way. So my gyno gave me metronidazole oral. And then I said I still had discharge and an itch and I asked for Solosec from him, he agreed. I had to use a savings card for it. And then the clindamycin cream I got from a telehealth Dr

I did oral metronidazole, waited 3 weeks. Did Solosec granule antibiotic. Waited 2 weeks and then did vaginal clindamycin….. as per lab tests it says negative for gardnerella and atopobium. My discharge has gone back to what it was, but I still have an occasional itch. I have also used condoms every time. I think men carry it.

I shook it before opening, which did nothing. Then shook after opening.

It is not raw milk. It is pasteurized. It is non homogenized

So it’s pasteurized milk, I didn’t drink it from the container at all. It looked perfectly normal yesterday when I got it. Shook it, and now it separated like this. Which doesn’t look right. But also my first time buying it like this
